Slash It 2

  1. NEW ERA OF INDUSTRIAL 3D PRINTING Equipped with the latest features, improvements and accessories, the SLASH 2 delivers a 3D printing experience that is faster, more precise, and more reliable than any other device of its class.
  2. There are two types of slashes: a backslash ( ) and a forward slash (/). The backslash is used only for computer coding. The forward slash, often simply referred to as a slash, is a punctuation mark used in English. The only time it is appropriate to use a comma after a slash is when demonstrating breaks between lines of poetry, songs, or plays.

First off this name is very confusing cuz there is a rock band name slash. So for get that this is a horror movie with the bands name. I first watch this in 2005 it was years be for i saw this again the one really good actor to watch this for is steve railsback from the 1976 helter skelter film thanks to that film he got stock in b horror flicks. But slash is a cool film this has a killer.

Lucasfilm has slowly been revealing new characters and details about the forthcoming new publishing initiative Star Wars: The High Republic. But what we haven’t seen yet are some of the new vehicles that have been imagined for this new series of adventures set 200 years before the events of Star Wars: The Phantom Menace.

But even though it’s set two centuries before the sequel, Lucasfilm concept artists have taken inspiration for Star Wars: The High Republic vehicles and ships from how the prequesl reimagined the saga’s aesthetic by going in a more elegant and refined direction. So with this new era, they’ve also refined the look of the the Republic a bit. On top of that, they had a chance to create new vehicles for the villainous marauders known as the Nihil, and they were even able to use some ideas originally created for the Star Wars sequel trilogy that didn’t make it to the big screen. We’ve already seen Timothée Chalamet on Saturday Night Live thanks to Chloe Fineman‘s outstanding impression of him. But the real Timothée Chalamet hosted the show this weekend, he brought a lot of youthful energy to Studio 8H. Furthermore, he also allowed Pete Davidson to really shine in many more sketches than he usually gets a chance to appear in. It reminds you how good he can be with the right bit, and Chalamet clearly loved working with him since they appeared together several times throughout the episode, making for some big laughs. The French Exit trailer is here, and it wants you to know one thing: Michelle Pfeiffer is great. Perhaps you didn’t need to be reminded of that (I sure didn’t), but that seems to be the film’s biggest selling point. “Hey, Michelle Pfeiffer is in our damn movie!” this trailer screams. “Isn’t that cool?” Yes, it is. In French Exit, Pfieffer plays a once-wealthy Manhattan socialite who loses her money and flees to Paris with her son, played by Lucas Hedges. Watch the French Exit trailer below.

Adam McKay‘s Don’t Look Up already has a huge cast of famous faces, but hey, one more can’t hurt. The latest: Chris Evans, former Captain America, and accidental dick-pic leaker, is joining Leonardo DiCaprio, Jennifer Lawrence, Meryl Streep, and more in the Netflix dark comedy about “two low-level astronomers who embark on a media tour to warn mankind of an approaching asteroid that will destroy Earth.” DiCaprio and Lawrence are apparently playing the astronomers and Streep is the President of the United States, but there’s no info on Evans’ part just yet.

Trailers are an under-appreciated art form insofar that many times they’re seen as vehicles for showing footage, explaining films away, or showing their hand about what moviegoers can expect. Foreign, domestic, independent, big budget: What better way to hone your skills as a thoughtful moviegoer than by deconstructing these little pieces of advertising?

This week, we look at autism differently, revisit a television classic, literally lose our minds during a pandemic, clean house, and court a vampire.

Cut It 2

Christopher Nolan is one of the most acclaimed blockbuster filmmakers in the game, and he has a vibe that sometimes feels a little stuffy, even if he’s not necessarily cold in real life. For example, many were shocked to learn that Nolan is a huge fan of the goofy comedy MacGruber, so much that he even sent an e-mail wishing luck to everyone when production on Peacock’s sequel series pilot began. Now we’re learning that Nolan likes his junk food action cinema too, because he’s admitted to liking the Fast ad Furious movies, especially the original from 2001. Read More »
